We’re searching for Australia’s most inspiring women. Who are they, what do they do, and why are they inspiring?
She Inspires Me celebrates the contributions and achievements of women made in our community. Since International Women’s Day in March 2023 our founder Michelle Boundy has travelled all over Australia, meeting inspiring women and sharing their stories on her social media and website. The stories shared went viral, and she received thousands of messages from people worldwide who found the stories inspiring and gave them hope in their own circumstances. She Inspires Me has become one of Australia’s most loved initiatives, recognized globally for championing women who lead with courage and kindness and empowering others to do the same in their community and workplaces.
Tell Your Story
Our Tell Your Story initiative amplifies the voices of those working to create better, more inclusive workplaces and stronger, healthier communities. It celebrates individuals and organizations, whether in businesses, charities, or advocacy groups, who are breaking barriers, challenging biases, and redefining success. By sharing these stories, we shine a light on the people and organizations making a difference, ensuring that everyone, regardless of background or circumstance, feels valued, supported, and empowered to thrive. She Has the Courage to Lead
She Has the Courage to Lead is a podcast series that brings together some of Australia’s most influential women to share their personal stories and experiences of leadership. Each episode explores what it truly means to lead with purpose and authenticity, and why it is crucial to support and uplift women in the workplace. These conversations highlight the challenges, triumphs, and lessons learned along the way, offering powerful insights for women looking to lead with impact and create positive change in their careers and communities. Woman at Work
The Women at Work initiative, founded by Michelle Boundy on International Women’s Day 2024, is dedicated to educating, empowering, and enhancing the lives of women in the workplace. It champions kinder, safer, and more inclusive environments, inspiring meaningful change and supporting women to thrive at every stage of their career journey. As part of this work, Michelle actively meets with Ministers, Commissioners, WHS Regulators, Unions, and Senior Government Officials to address the issues facing women at work. She also champions the outstanding efforts already underway across sectors to enhance women’s lives in the workplace and strengthen their ability to thrive long term. You can find out more here

International Women’s Day 2025
Our founder, Michelle Boundy, was honored to be invited as the keynote Speaker for the NSW Police Force International Women’s Day Event in March 2025, with over 120 distinguished guests, including the Honorable NSW Police Commissioner Karen Webb AMP and NSW Police Assistant Commissioner Dean Smith. This year’s theme, Accelerate Action, is a powerful call to unite and drive real change for gender equality. Official photos will be released soon.

NSW Police Legacy ‘Blue Ribbon Ball’
Our founder Michelle Boundy is honored to be invited as a guest at the annual Police Legacy ‘Blue Ribbon Ball’ which raises much needed funds for the foundation. The NSW Police Legacy was established in 1987 to provide support to police families who have suffered the loss of a loved one. Today, NSW Police Legacy continues to enhance the lives of Police Legatees by providing support to families through the provision of meaningful benefits, services, and advocacy. Strive To Be Kind 2025
Every July, Strive To Be Kind shines a spotlight on the power of kindness to foster safer communities and prevent domestic and family violence. Led by the Allison Baden-Clay Foundation, this national awareness campaign encourages Australians to embrace positive behaviours and raise their voices for change. Our mission is simple but urgent: to empower individuals and communities through education and connection. The funds raised support vital programs that help prevent domestic and family violence by promoting respectful relationships, compassion, and early intervention.
