What We Do

At Women at Work, we collaborate and consult with Local, State, and Federal Government Stakeholders, the Corporate Sector, Businesses Leaders, WHS Regulators, and Unions to champion kinder, safer, and more inclusive workplaces for all. We do this by:

🌟 Advising on workplace culture assessments and improvement frameworks.

🌟 Guiding organisations to embed psychological safety and respectful behaviours through evidence-informed strategies.

🌟 Providing consultation on leadership development pathways that empower women to step into and succeed in leadership roles.

🌟 Offering strategic advice to employers, boards, and government stakeholders on gender equity, safety, and inclusion.

🌟 Supporting storytelling initiatives and campaigns that drive change and elevate lived experiences.

🌟 Engaging in high-level policy advocacy to address systemic barriers impacting women at work.

🌟 We are a trusted voice in workplace inclusion and equity and a collaborative partner in shaping environments where women are empowered to thrive.
